Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) (In-Person Class) $65
American Heart Association BLS Provider is a CPR/AED course designed for the healthcare provider. This class is usually the required course for anyone that works in the medical field. All hospitals require this course in order to work at their locations.
This is a traditional in-person course (NOT the Online Heartcode) Please see our home page to sign up for online classes!
This class is for initial certification or if you need to re-certify.
This is a TWO (2) year certification course through the American Heart Association (AHA). We offer same day certification - eCards issued at the end of the course.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Provider (In-Person class) $165
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advanced healthcare provider course that teaches the healthcare provider pre-cardiac arrest, cardiac arrest, and advanced stroke care management. This class covers cardiac medications, ECG interpretations, and cardiac algorithms.
This class is a traditional in-person course (NOT the Online Heartcode). Please see our home page to sign up for online classes!
This class is for initial certification or if you need to re-certify your ACLS only. This class does NOT offer BLS. If you need BLS please sign up for our ACLS/BLS combo class.
This is a TWO (2) year certification course through the American Heart Association (AHA). We offer same day certification - eCards issued at the end of the course.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advanced healthcare provider course that teaches the healthcare provider pre-cardiac arrest, cardiac arrest, and advanced stroke care management. This class covers cardiac medications, ECG interpretations, and cardiac algorithms.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider (In-Person Class) $185
PALS is geared towards healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion eCard, valid for two years.
The PALS Provider Course aims to improve outcomes for pediatric patients by preparing healthcare providers to effectively recognize and intervene in patients with respiratory emergencies, shock, and cardiopulmonary arrest by using high‐performance team dynamics and high‐quality individual skills.
The course includes a series of case scenario practices with simulations that reinforce important concepts.
• Includes realistic, clinical scenarios that encourage active participation – delivered through actual pediatric patient videos and lifelike simulations
• Comprehensive and includes our systematic approach to assess and treat pediatric patients in emergency situations
Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS) $165
The AHA’s PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization) Course is a classroom-based, Instructor-led course, where students learn how to use a systematic approach to quickly assess, recognize the cause, and stabilize a pediatric patient in an emergency situation.
The AHA’s PEARS Course is designed for healthcare providers and others who might encounter pediatric emergency situations during their work, including:
Physicians and nurses not specializing in pediatrics
Nurse practitioners
Physician assistants
EMTs,
Respiratory therapists
Prehospital and in-facility healthcare providers (outside of critical-care areas)
Outpatient clinic staff
School-based providers
Any other healthcare provider who infrequently sees critically ill or injured infants and children
Students who successfully complete the PEARS Course will receive a PEARS Provider course completion card (print or eCard), valid for 2 years.
SKILLS SESSIONS (In-Person Class)
This is the AHA skills session that needs to be completed after the Heartcode BLS, ACLS, or PALS online portion has been completed. If you took a Heartcode class from another training site and just need the Skills check off and an eCard, these are the following prices:
1. BLS Skills $40
2. ACLS Skills $80
3. PALS Skills $80
There is no additional charge for the skills session if you purchase the Heartcode course through Cardinal Medical Training!
You will need to bring your certificate of completion of the Heartcode class to participate in this skills session.

AHA Bloodborne Pathogens Certification (In-Person Class) $30
The Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens course teaches students how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials.
This course is designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
The AHA Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Course is designed for anyone with a reasonable chance of coming into contact with bloodborne pathogens such as:
• Correctional Officers
• Childcare workers
• Security guards
• Maintenance workers
• School personnel
• Hotel housekeepers
• Health and fitness club staff
• Tattoo artists

Heartsaver®CPR AED (K-12) (In-Person Class) $60
The AHA Heartsaver CPR AED (K-12) Course is designed for anyone involved in childcare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in school age children in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Including: (K-12) teachers, camp counselors, and students (K-12).
This course teaches:
• Adult one and two-rescuer CPR
• Child and Infant one and two-rescuer CPR
• Automated External Defibrilation (AED)
• Foreign-body airway obstruction (choking)

Heartsaver CPR AED (Without First Aid) (In-Person Class) $90
The AHA’s Heartsaver CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.
This course is NOT for EMTs, Paramedics, EMS students, RNs, CNAs, PAs, Physicians, or Dentists. Please see our Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers course if you are a healthcare worker. BLS is the CPR certification for most Healthcare Providers not Heartsaver.
What does this course teach?
• Adult one and two-rescuer CPR
• Child and Infant one and two-rescuer CPR
• Automated External Defibrillation (AED)
• Foreign-body airway obstruction (choking)
• Use of pocket mask and face shield
This is a TWO (2) year certification course through the American Heart Association (AHA). We offer same day certification - eCards issued at the end of the course.
Heartsaver® CPR AED (First Aid Included) (In-Person Class) $110
This course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. This course is typically recommended for Pre-school teachers.
